Qrious.
TERMS

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Qrious. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your email and authentication codes, and activity performed through your account.

QR codes and uploaded content

You must own or have permission to publish every destination, text, logo and file used with Qrious. Content involving malware, fraud, impersonation, illegal material, privacy violations or deceptive redirects is prohibited. Qrious may disable abusive QR codes or accounts.

Plans and limits

Free, Plus and Pro include the limits shown on the pricing page. Monthly usage resets in UTC. Editing a saved QR destination, text or file counts as a new generation; design-only changes do not. Features available to each plan may be technically limited to prevent abuse.

Payments and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period; paid features remain available until then. Payment methods and invoices are managed through Stripe.

Availability and changes

Qrious is provided on an as-available basis. We may maintain, improve or modify features and reasonable limits. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated where required.

Liability

You are responsible for testing QR codes before printing or distributing them. To the extent permitted by law, Qrious is not liable for indirect losses, third-party destinations, damaged printed materials, unavailable networks or content uploaded by users.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Qrious may suspend access for security threats, non-payment or serious violations. Existing legal and accounting obligations survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Romanian law, with mandatory consumer rights preserved. Disputes should first be raised through the Contact page.
