Refund policy

Qrious is operated by Radulescu D Stefan-Radu PFA, CUI 55429019. This policy explains our commercial guarantee separately from any mandatory consumer rights.

Try Plus before paying
Eligible accounts with a verified email can start one 7-day Plus trial without a card. It covers premium styling, logos, scan analytics and PNG/SVG exports for up to 3 distinct dynamic QR codes. Free generation and file limits apply. Deleting a QR does not restore a trial slot. Static premium tools and Pro features are not included.
The trial starts only when you choose to activate it. It never charges you automatically. At expiry you return to Free; the QR codes and designs you saved keep working. You can choose a paid subscription at any time. Its billing period starts when your purchase is confirmed.
14-day first-payment guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first successful payment for a Plus or Pro subscription. The period starts at the payment timestamp, not when you create your account or start a trial. It applies once per account; renewals, later purchases and upgrades do not restart the commercial guarantee.
How to request a refund
Open your account and choose “Request full refund”. Giving a reason is optional. We confirm the request in your account and by email, and check eligibility manually. Repeated requests for the same payment are combined. Manual review is not a discretionary right to refuse an eligible guaranteed refund.
If you cannot access your account, contact stefan@qrious.now or use the contact page. Include your account email and the relevant payment date; never send your card number. The date you submit your request is used for the guarantee deadline, even if review takes longer.
Eligible guaranteed refunds are issued in full through Stripe to the original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your request. We do not charge a refund fee. The time before funds appear depends on the payment provider and bank; we do not promise an instant credit.
Cancellation is different
Cancelling a subscription prevents renewal and normally leaves paid features active until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation alone does not request or issue a refund.
After a full refund is confirmed, the associated subscription is cancelled and paid access ends. Your saved QR codes, their saved designs and scan history remain intact. Free limits apply to future edits and exports.
Your statutory rights
This voluntary guarantee does not exclude, replace or limit any mandatory consumer rights under Romanian or EU law, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for services that do not conform to the contract. Those rights may apply independently of our commercial deadline. Contact us to exercise them; using the trial or requesting support does not waive them.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Statutory time calculation, extensions where required information was not provided and any applicable exceptions are governed by law, not by our first-payment timestamp or commercial eligibility check. Subscription renewals do not automatically create a fresh contract or a fresh withdrawal period.
Use Withdraw from your contract, email stefan@qrious.now, or send an unambiguous declaration to our registered office above. Include your name and sufficient details to identify the contract. Send your declaration before the applicable withdrawal period expires. Online submissions receive an email acknowledgment containing the declaration and its submission date and time.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse amounts due without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without reimbursement fees. Any lawful proportionate charge for services expressly requested during the withdrawal period is subject to the statutory conditions and information requirements; starting a trial or simply using the service does not itself waive withdrawal rights.
